I'm Mike,
I have long hair, tattoos and am very talkative, I listen to Heavy metal music and can often be spotted singing loudly and out of tune in the work van, I play football a few times a week and spend the weekends with my daughter and partner (when she's not busy sorting Airbnb's for clients, Weekends are usually spent walking the dog, paddleboarding and rebuilding our 1980's Georgie boy RV (think Breaking Bad or The Walking Dead)
So why did I become a carpet cleaning and repair technician?
Many members of my family have worked or continue to work in the cleaning industry. After attempting to fit in at various companies and realizing that profit was prioritized over customer care, I decided to try running my own business.

I was questioned a lot about starting my company, Some even said it wouldn't last or I'd give up after a few months, but despite the challenging startup phases and the difficult COVID lockdowns, I've received support from my family, friends, and most importantly, my customers.
My goals in life are to make peoples lives a little less stressful and hopefully bring a smile to some faces each day.
How do my goals influence my work? It's simple: I consistently strive to perform my tasks to the best of my ability, ensuring that my customer service reflects a genuine concern for the customer's outcome rather than just my own financial gain.
This approach guarantees that for every job I finish, I've considered every possible aspect, allowing me to leave confident that nothing more could have been done to enhance the results, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
I love it when our customers tell us the company was recommended by a friend or family member, This is what makes me proud of what I do, that and the excited OMG's we get when the results exceed expectations.
In the coming weeks, I'll be adding numerous hints and tips to the Vlog to help maintain your home or office carpets.
Looking forward to catching up with you soon,
Mike
