This issue isn't unique to the cleaning industry, but having worked in it for over 20 years, I've witnessed it frequently.

After years of working in my own way, I've realized that our company has been alienating many potential clients. Some people only require a maintenance clean, others need a deeper clean with extra stain treatments, and some may need even more extensive services like biohazard contamination cleaning.

This is where I've chosen to simplify life and, depending on the carpet cleaning needed, make it more affordable.
